Belfast Gas Transmission Limited, BGTL purchased the natural gas transmission business and assets of Phoenix Natural Gas, PNGL in 2008. This Application for Change is to reflect the name change from PNGL to BGTL within the transmission network code modification rules. The objective of the Application for Change is to align the Network Code Modification Rules simultaneously with the Network Code revised by BGTL Code Modification 6. This will ensure that the name change from PNGL to BGTL is consistent in both the Network Code and the associated Modification Rules.
