Proposed Change to the Transportation Code Modification Rules

Introduction
Premier Transmission Limited (PTL) has prepared this report in accordance with section 12.4 of its Transportation Code Modification Rules.

The proposed changes to the Transportation Code Modification Rules arise from the requirement to amend reference errors in the current version of the Transportation Code Modification Rules, (version 2.0 18th April 2005) and to enable NIAER, Gas Suppliers and Shippers to communicate via email, an address for notification as opposed to hardcopy writing. The objective of the proposed changes is to ensure accuracy and clarity when making reference to clauses within the Modification Rules and references to PTL License conditions and to make the notification of address process more efficient for NIAER, Gas Suppliers and Shippers.
