Premier Transmission Limited (PTL) Transportation Code & Belfast Gas Transmission Limited (BGTL) Transmission Code Modification Proposals

PTL and BGTL, under section 2.4.4 of their licences are required to establish and implement procedures for the modification of the PTL Transportation Code and BGTL Transmission Code respectively so as to, inter alia better facilitate the achievement of the relevant objective of each code. The overall code modification process is designed to enable third parties to be aware of modifications to the codes, and to let them make their views known to the Transporter.

The code modification process for each code is defined below in the Code Modification Rules, a requirement under section 2.4.5 of the PTL & BGTL licences.
