Proposed modifications should be submitted using the format outlined below. A MicroSoft Word document version of this template is available.

For full details of the requirements for the submission of modifications, see the PTL Transportation Code Modification Rules (PDF 33k), specifically:

2.2 A Proposed Modification shall either be prepared and submitted by the Director, a Gas
Supplier or a Shipper to Premier Transmission or be prepared by Premier Transmission
(as the case may be) and include the following:
   
 
(a) a description of the nature and purpose of the modification;
(b) an indication of how the modification would better facilitate the relevant
objective as compared with the existing provisions of the Transportation Code;
(c) a list of all the sections and parts of the Transportation Code that would require
amending;
(d) the date proposed for the implementation of the modification and any end date;
and
(e) any proposed text amending the Transportation Code.
